As a team coach, facilitator and change-maker, Tai has helped thousands of people around the globe improve their meetings and how they collaborate. She also speaks and facilitates workshops at conferences such as Culture First, New York OpCon, OpenUp Summit, TEDxYuanZe. She also produced the 20-20 Women Lead Podcast in supporting female leadership development. Prior to founding LeadNow, Tai worked as an organizational development consultant with a diverse array of organizations.
