Rooted in our classic technique, Pure Barre is the fastest, most effective full-body barre workout. You'll be guided through a series of low-impact, high intensity movements that are designed to strengthen and tone your body in ways that no other technique can with Ali Barclay (M.A. '18). For this 45 minute class, you will need a support (a chair, countertop, or wall work great!).
Optional equipment includes: a set of hand weights (2 or 3lbs - you can always use water bottles or cans), a mat, and a ball (a rolled up towel or stuffed animal also works well).
