Women Rising: Advancement in the Workplace
Did you know there are fewer women managing S&P 1500 companies than men named John? Even though we have seen improvements in the women’s equality movement, we have a long way to go to close the global gender gap.

In this Alumni Career Development Webinar, Kelly Ceynowa (M.A. ’13) will provide a clear perspective on the current landscape of women’s leadership in the workplace. She will teach participants how to: identify systemic barriers, address and break down these barriers within your organization, tap into what you can do as an individual to drive your own career, and cultivate important sponsors and allies along the way. This webinar is also suitable for men who manage women and want to help develop and support their talents in the workplace.
