Vijayeta Sinh
Dr. Vijayeta Sinh, Clinical psychologist, helps others discover simple ways of wellness to thrive and not just survive. Founder of TherapyCouchNYC, Vijayeta uses tried and tested empirically-based techniques to help clients improve their resilience, and the ability to roll with the punches of life. A nationally known expert, with over 15 years of experience in the field of emotionally intelligent relationships, Vijayeta received her Ph.D. from Teachers College, Columbia University and is a Supervising Psychologist at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital, and Teachers College at Columbia University. Born and raised in India, she is fluent in Hindi and has a deep understanding of cultural and social issues as they relate to work, career, marriage, and parenthood.
