Richard Boyatzis mentioned yesterday in a session from the Institute of Coaching (Harvard) that when we ask for goals the "alarm system of the brain" is activated so he was recommending asking for the purpose/vision to connect with the reward system...doing that we are impacting much more our clients and their capacity to move forward....Any thoughts on that?
