Talking about Listening: A Conversation with Nicole Furlonge and Chenxing Han
The Klingenstein Center and the Tang Institute at Phillips Academy warmly invite you to a conversation about listening, learning, leadership, and loss with Dr. Nicole Furlonge and Chenxing Han. Furlonge is the Director of the Klingenstein Center at Teachers College and the author of Race Sounds: The Art of Listening in African American Literature. Han is the co-teacher of Listening to the Buddhists in Our Backyard at Phillips Academy, the co-organizer of May We Gather: A National Buddhist Memorial for Asian American Buddhist Ancestors, and the author of one long listening: a memoir of grief, loss, and spiritual care, which will be released on April 11.

The conversation will be moderated by Andrew Housiaux, the Currie Family Director of the Tang Institute.
